Shipping & Returns

If there is an issue with your order, please email Julia@overthemoongift.com for return instructions. Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of return package.

Returns Policy

For items to be eligible for a return, they must have been purchased directly from the Over The Moon Gift website. Items purchased from a retailer are not eligible for return to Over The Moon Gift; please contact the retailer directly.

Request for return via email must be received within 14 days of delivery date. Return must be received by Over The Moon Gift within 14 days of return authorization date to receive a full refund.

All items must be returned in original packaging. Over The Moon Gift reserves the right to charge a stocking fee for paper items returned with damaged packaging. Over The Moon Gift reserves the right to refuse worn, washed, or damaged soft goods. Custom items are not eligible for return.

We do not provide return shipping labels unless an item has been received damaged or by mistake. USPS is typically the most cost efficient shipping method. Once a package has been received by our team, please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be processed.

Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

Please note that while most orders ship within 2-3 business days, we are a small family run company. There are certain items that are made to order and may take longer to ship depending on the time of year. Orders typically ship USPS Priority (shipping costs of $7.95+) or USPS First Class for smaller items (shipping costs under $4.95). If you are interested in expediting your order, please contact us below.

The free shipping option "in-store pickup" is for our local Birmingham customers. Once your order is ready, we will contact you will pick up instructions. We do not have a store front.

The free shipping promotion for orders over $125 does not apply to custom paper orders.

At this time, we do not ship to international locations.
